No, and we won't pretend otherwise. We set the foundations and onboard you. You run the system day to day. Optional Support Packs starting at $895 cover custom builds if you want more done for you.
Foundations first. We get your system set up and make sure you are actually running it before AI comes into the picture. When you are ready there are two paths: set it up yourself using our training library, or have us build it for you through a paid Support Pack. In practice most clients do not touch AI until around the three month mark, and that is deliberate. You need to understand how your system works before you can automate it.
Yes. Onboarding is conducted over two guided sessions that establish your foundations and get you up and running. After that you have a private members area of video training, live group coaching and Q&A calls, and 24/7 AI assisted chat support with a human to escalate to. You don't start from a blank screen and you don't get left alone with it.
It depends on what your platform allows. If it offers API access, supports webhooks, or connects through Zapier, we can integrate it with MxP. We have done exactly that with Trainerize, GymMaster and a range of other platforms. MxP sits around your training tools to handle leads, follow-up and bookings. It doesn't replace how you deliver training.

A 30-day notice period applies from the date you request it. You receive an export of your contact database. The systems, workflows, landing pages and IP are licensed, so they stay with MxP.
